The back has been opened allowing the light to shine through the cable termination section on the left.
The instrument top left is a voltmeter and the associated keyswitches and telephone left are probably for test purposes.

The order number is the same, but I assume this is a different switchboard, since the test panel is on the end.

This time there is no cable termination section. The jack wiring, cord terminations and relay cans can be seen.
